NextToMe is a location based networking tool developed to discover social and professional opportunities next to you.
You can see basic information about other NextToMe users within (approximately) 30 meters of your current GPS location, or users inside the same channel as you.
With NextToMe you have a simple personal profile page containing basic information and optionally corporate/private identity badges of your own preference such as your employer, university, or favorite basket ball team. Its like an online business card, depending on where you are and what you would like to share with other NextToMe users. Creating a profile takes less than a minute. No friends, no networks, no tags, followers or maps.
Discuss with other users in an open chat lounge. No private messages. Just the people next to you, using NextToMe.

You can join one or more channels to create "digital rooms" for your event, your topic, Your gym or street. Just type the name, and others who have typed the same will join the same channel.
